What You Can Expect in Class
Each class1 you will be required to complete a worksheet with new material, a worksheet with review material, and a quiz. I know it sounds like a lot but if you use your class time wisely, most days you will not have to take anything home2. Worksheets and quizzes are how we practice for tests3 so it is important that you do your best to understand the material presented each day. The secret of doing well in this class is to not get behind, so make sure you turn things in on time4.
Students with no missing assignments can retake tests as many times as needed but it must be done after school.

1 That we are not taking a test. 2 Unfinished classwork turns into homework. 3 Tests account for about 65% of your grade, quizzes account for about 15% and worksheets account for the remaining 20%. 4 Parents will be contacted on all late or missing assignments. 5You can also text me through Remind.
